We are a "boutique" processors / crafters of New Zealand's finest selection of certified organic condiments and conserves. Our quality products include a wide variety of jams, marmalades, chutneys, sauces, relishes and pickles.

Our jams, marmalades, pickles, chutneys, sauces and relishes were the first fully certified organic products of their type to be commercially processed in New Zealand.

Our certified organic orchard, Te Teko Gardens, is located in the sunny Bay of Plenty. The growing of all the fruit and vegetables, and the manufacture and sale of the processed product, is a family-based operation.

All the cooking, processing, bottling, labelling and packaging of our produce is carried out on the farm.

Our history

The Exclusively Organic Gourmet Preserves label has evolved as a distinct food processing extension of our organic orcharding enterprise - Te Teko Gardens. It is a totally integrated organic industry from orchard to the shelf. The demand for our product is naturally well supported from those of strong organic convictions.

The growth of our stunning gift line presentations has been the success story of more recent times. They include our traditional range of selections. Gift boxes crafted from authentic NZ native woods are our most recent additions to the gift line range.

It is an industry that is managed almost entirely by the owners Annie and Harry.

Our unique quality products are to be found in 'niche' market outlets throughout New Zealand. They feature in a variety of speciality, tourist, hospitality and top organic retail outlets. They have special appeal to those discerning customers and visitors looking for a product of absolute and unadulterated integrity. It is one that is genuinely NZ - pure clean and green !

We also welcome many visitors to our roadside shop located on SH 30 ( Whakatane / Rotorua Highway). It is simply stacked with stunning gourmet delights.
