Our jams, marmaldes, pickles, chutneys, sauces and relishes were the first fully certified organic products of their type to be commercially processed in New Zealand.

The raw products are all grown and harvested from our organic orchard and gardens. All our products are handcrafted in small batches.

Our organic production systems are regularly audited by AgriQual New Zealand (MAF). This provides absolute assurances that:

• Both the orchard and kitchen processing facilities are certified organic.
• All ingredients used are certified organic.
• No artificial additives or colouring agents are used.
