All our jams, jellies, marmalades, pickles, chutneys, relishes and sauces are handcrafted in small batches (6kgs or less). The raw products are all grown and harvested from our organic orchard and gardens. The cooking, processing, bottling, labelling and packaging is also an 'on farm' operation.
